A founding partner of Xodus in 2005, Steve joined the energy industry in 1990 after graduating with a BSc in Chemical Engineering. With extensive sectoral knowledge and process engineering experience, Steve is a highly respected field development specialist and has established robust, flexible and highly successful operations and delivery model at Xodus. 

Tracey is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is responsible for providing the strategic direction for Xodus’ people initiatives. She has successfully expanded the HR function internationally and provides her learning and development expertise to support the company as it grows and diversifies. 

Simon has a background in process and flow assurance engineering with more than 20 years in the energy industry covering offshore, onshore, oil, gas, LNG and alternative energies. Simon has a passion for developing people in a team environment and maintains a broad range of experience across business development, new technologies and industry trends. 

Rebecca is an environmental and social impact assessment specialist with more than 20 years of consultancy experience since gaining her MSc in Aquatic Ecology. She has a wide range of ecological, biodiversity and sustainability experience gained across various industries and is responsible for strategic direction and support to our clients. 

Mike is leading Xodus’ Digitalisation and Software Development capabilities. He has experience in engineering automation, intelligent remote operations, production assurance and process monitoring across the whole energy industry. 

Since joining as a graduate, Peter has benefitted from our culture of freedom and empowerment, enabling him to take on various roles throughout the company. Gaining experience across advisory, project development and operations, he established our decommissioning business and was responsible for developing our renewables business into the world-leading offering it is today. 

Kenneth is an environmental impact assessment specialist, with much of his career having been spent focussed on the marine sector. After stints in research and regulatory, Kenneth joined Xodus where he has been for 15 years. In that time he has held a number of technical and leadership positions where he has sought to deliver, and help his teams deliver, high quality solutions to our clients in a nurturing and enjoyable work environment.

Elliot currently manages our operations in Houston, Texas. As a consultant he is involved in a wide array of projects and initiatives across the industry drawing on his experience and the broad range of experts in Xodus to provide technical and commercial advice and support to our clients.
