Helen brings over 30 years’ diverse experience across energy, defence, water and transportation both in-house and on the consultancy side. She’s a straight-talking strategic thinker, who will listen to people and take decisive action.

Carla has a diverse career background in both oil and gas and new energies, and brings a strong, authentic and strategic leadership style to her role of leading the Xcellence Hubs and guiding investment and the delivery of our strategic objectives.

Tracey is responsible for providing the strategic direction for Xodus’ people initiatives. She has successfully expanded the HR function internationally and provides her learning and development expertise to support the company as it grows and diversifies

Mike is a highly motivated leader driven by delivery and results. With 20 years experience in the Energy Industry, as CTO he is a key enabler of Xodus' business success through digital technology leadership.

Gemma has supported Xodus throughout its growth journey. She is now responsible for ensuring financial compliance and keeping a strong focus on performance by leading and providing information on Xodus finances and supporting its continued growth.
